Job Description:
1. Complete the routine tasks assigned by the leader , timely report to the leader about the problems in the work, and put forward countermeasures;
2. Responsible for the design of fixtures and tooling of products, making BOM of materials, cooperating with process department and electrical engineers to carry out tooling debugging;
3. Responsible for tooling design change, drawing and processing guidance caused by product change;
4. Solve abnormal situations of on-site tooling to ensure smooth production;
5. Regularly follow up the use of tooling on the production line to see if there is a better design method;
6. Complete all temporary tasks assigned by superior leaders to the letter;
7. Provide the inspection data of the three coordinates of the work installation and inspection tool, cooperate with the inspection of the three coordinates of the tooling, and confirm the inspection results.

Ability requirements:
1. Proficient in designing welding tooling, familiar with the basic principle of fixture positioning;
2. Familiar with the principle of robot welding and the use of various pneumatic actuators;
3. Familiar with the selection of all kinds of standard parts for welding tools and inspection tools, assembly process, machining, and electrical control;
4. Electrical tooling design experience is preferred; tooling designer for production line is preferred; non-standard aircraft design experience is preferred.
