Product Overview
Within a certain exhaust temperature range, the ammonia produced by decomposition of urea aqueous solution is used as a reducing agent to reduce NOx in the exhaust gas into N₂, thereby effectively reducing NOx emissions.
Advantages: Diesel SCR catalysts are mainly divided into two categories: vanadium-based SCR catalysts and zeolite-based SCR catalysts. Traditional vanadium-based SCR catalysts offer good sulfur resistance, low toxicity, and high conversion efficiency at medium temperatures. Zeolite-based SCR catalyst systems feature a wider temperature window, better high-temperature stability, higher purification efficiency, and non-toxicity, with performance significantly superior to V₂O₅/WO₃/TiO₂ catalysts.
Vanadium-based: V-SCR catalysts can meet China IV, China V on-road diesel emission standards and China V off-road small/medium-power diesel emission standards; Zeolite-based: mainly used for China V, China VI on-road diesel and China V and above off-road diesel emission standards.
Technical Specifications
Vanadium-Based SCR:
1) NOx conversion efficiency at 200°C ≥ 45%;
2) Catalytic reaction activity window > 260°C;
3) After 200 hours of aging at 550°C, catalyst deactivation ≤ 10%;
4) Catalytic performance meets China V emission regulations under WHTC and WHSC test conditions;
Copper-Based SCR:
1) NOx conversion efficiency at 200°C ≥ 80%;
2) Catalytic reaction activity window ≥ 320°C;
3) After 100 hours of aging at 650°C, average NOx conversion efficiency decline at each temperature point ≤ 5%;
4) Catalytic performance meets China VI emission regulations under WHTC, WHSC, and PEMS test conditions;
