Product Overview
(1) Mainly made of cordierite or silicon carbide, effectively capturing particulate matter in diesel engine exhaust, reducing PM/PN emissions to meet China V/VI on-road and China IV+ off-road diesel emission standards
(2) Through catalyst coating, catalytically oxidizes NO to NO2, assisting CDPF passive regeneration; alternatively achieves forced controllable active regeneration via fuel injection combustion or burners
Applicable to light-duty and medium/heavy-duty diesel vehicles, as well as other off-road diesel engine stationary equipment or devices.
Technical Specifications
(1) PM capture efficiency ≥90%;
(2) PN capture efficiency ≥95%;
(3) Balance point temperature ≤320°C;
(4) After loading regeneration cycle testing, DPF filtration efficiency decrease ≤3%.
(5) Catalytic performance meets China VI emission regulations under WHTC, WHSC, and PEMS test conditions;
