Kailong High-Tech Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales and after-sales service, a national enterprise technology center, an experimental center accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and a national postdoctoral research station. In addition to its headquarters, Kailong High-Tech has Kailong Technology Research Institute, Kailong Lanfeng New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Kailong Baodun Power Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Guanlan New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Ouruisen Inspection Technology Service Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Xiling Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Kailong High-Tech (Changsha) Co., Ltd., covering a total area of more than 230 mu with over 1,100 employees.

As a pioneer in the national strategic goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, Kailong High-Tech has developed and produced exhaust aftertreatment systems for commercial vehicles meeting the China VI emission standards, as well as intelligent environmental protection products such as water-electricity, methanol and fuel heaters, defrosters and centralized lubricators for the bus field. These products can be widely used in exhaust pollution control of power devices such as automobiles, ships, agricultural machinery, construction machinery and generator sets, as well as industrial pollution control.

Kailong Technology Research Institute is a postdoctoral research station, a national enterprise technology center, a key enterprise R&D institution in Jiangsu Province, an engineering technology research center in Jiangsu Province, and an enterprise technology center in Jiangsu Province. Its R&D directions cover research on catalyst supports, catalytic coatings and active components of catalysts, research on software and hardware control strategies of injection controllers, and research on product structures and welding technologies of exhaust aftertreatment systems. It gathers R&D engineers with various professional backgrounds, including 9 doctors and 36 masters. It is equipped with 10 comprehensive engine test benches and 4 electric transient test benches, as well as test and testing equipment such as AVL electric dynamometers, emission analyzers, particle analyzers, laser particle size analyzers, and vibration, rain, salt spray, high and low temperature test equipment. It has the ability to test and inspect the performance of various types of diesel engines, aftertreatment systems and core components, and possesses CVS (full-flow emission) testing capability. Kailong Technology Research Institute has long-term cooperation with scientific research institutes such as Huazhong University of Science and Technology and East China University of Science and Technology, providing strong support for the technological innovation of the company's products.

Kailong High-Tech has independently designed and built a number of production lines, including carrier catalyst coating production line, honeycomb ceramic carrier production line, urea injection pump assembly line, injection controller (DCU) production line, pump-tank integrated urea distribution system assembly line and catalytic converter packaging production line, forming a complete industrial chain of exhaust aftertreatment systems.

Kailong High-Tech adheres to strict control of every quality requirement with high standards and has established a comprehensive and detailed quality control system. The company has passed the IATF 16949:2016 quality management system certification by the internationally renowned certification body SGS, and the ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification by Beijing World Standard Certification Center. Through the construction of information management platforms such as PLM, ERP, CRM and MES and the integration of data services among various platforms, it can effectively manage and control the processes of product design, testing, manufacturing, sales and maintenance preparation.

Adhering to the business philosophy of "Integrity Management, Win-Win Cooperation", Kailong High-Tech has independently established nine regional after-sales service centers and 15 parts centers across the country relying on the service networks of OEMs and vehicle manufacturers. At present, the company has established good cooperative relations with many road and non-road customers such as Weichai, Yuchai, Xichai, Shangchai, FAW Jiefang Dachai, SAIC Iveco Hongyan, Nanjing Iveco, Quanchai, Luotuo, Lovol and Changchai.

Supported by a number of national, provincial and municipal projects such as the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund, the special policy guidance project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the special project for key industrial revitalization and technological transformation of the National Development and Reform Commission, and the major scientific and technological achievements transformation project of Jiangsu Province, as of May 30, 2024, the company has led or participated in the formulation of 19 industrial standards, including 11 SCR standards, 5 DPF standards, 2 catalyst carrier standards and 1 automotive industry standard; obtained 311 patents (including 69 invention patents) and 15 software copyrights; the diesel engine exhaust aftertreatment system was selected into the Key New Product Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the SCR system and DPF system have passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of China Machinery Industry Federation respectively. It has won many honors such as China Industrial Pioneer Demonstration Unit, China Machinery Industry Management Demonstration Enterprise, China Engine Industry Leading Enterprise, First Prize of Science and Technology Award of China Machinery Industry Federation, First Prize of China Automotive Industry Science and Technology Progress Award, First Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Award, and Famous Trademark of Jiangsu Province. Meanwhile, under the leadership of the higher-level Party organization and Wuxi Municipal Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association, Kailong High-Tech gives play to the core leadership role of the Party organization and the bridge role of the trade union organization, has established a Party-work co-construction base of nearly 1,000 square meters, and listed the Huishan Democratic Construction Home, embarking on a path of mutual promotion and common prosperity between Party building and enterprise development in private enterprises.
