Job Description:
1. Establish the quality system standards and norms of the enterprise;
2. Formulate the enterprise's quality control workflow and operation specifications;
3. Formulate the quality objectives and quality work plans of the enterprise;
4. Organize and implement the quality control workflow specification and quality work plan, and supervise;
5. Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments internal and external of the enterprise, actively organize quality management;
6. Supervise and guide the production process quality control work of the enterprise, and establish the quality supervision and feedback mechanism;
7. Responsible for handling quality disputes of the enterprise, and conducting investigation and analysis of major quality issues;
8. Discuss with production department and relevant department to propose quality improvement measures;
9. Responsible for guiding the daily work of the quality department, and conducting training and assessment for subordinates.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with quality management experience in manufacturing or automobile industry
2. More than 10 years of quality related work experience, and more than 8 years of quality management work experience;
3. Familiar with the quality control of R&D, production and sales;
4. Have strong quality management ability and processing ability;
5. Good leadership and management ability, judgment ability and decision-making ability;
