Main Products

Urea Pipe:

The urea pipe produced by Baodun includes urea suction pipe, urea returning pipe and urea outlet pipe, which can be divided into heating type and non-heating type. The pipe body is made of nylon, and the inner surface is coated with anti-crystallization material. Fast releasing connector is used at both ends for easy installation and maintenance. Heating type urea pipe has high heating efficiency, good reliability and strong weather resistance

Diesel Pipe:

The Diesel pipe produced by Baodun is used for diesel oil transportation. The pipe body is made of nylon, and both ends are connected with fast releasing connector. It has many varieties, specifications, good adaptability and can be customized according to customer requirements.

Sensor Products

Urea Level Sensor:

The liquid level temperature sensor of urea quality produced by our company integrates various functions as one, with functions of detecting urea level height, urea concentration and urea temperature, as well as functions of urea filtrating, heating and defrosting.

Urea Quality Sensor:

Its quality module is based on the principle of ultrasonic measurement, and develops algorithms and calibration strategies according to the actual operating conditions in China. It has a strong anti-bubble capability, and can output concentration signals accurately even when the vehicle is driving on the rough road surface and in cold regions, which can perfectly match the electronic control system of Bosch engine.

Fuel Level Sensor:

The fuel level sensor produced by our company has the functions of fuel level measurement and filtration, which integrates the interface of fuel absorption and fuel backflow. At the same time, it adapts the tooth bayonet which is easy to install and convenient for maintenance. The fuel level measurement adopts the principle of reed tube, which has high reliability and good shock resistance.
