These products can be widely used in the exhaust pollution control and industrial pollution control of power devices such as automobiles, ships, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, and generator sets.

Kailong Institute of Technology is honored with National Postdoctoral Programme, National Enterprise Technology Center, Jiangsu R & D Institution of Key Enterprises, Jiangsu Engineering Technology Research Center and Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center. The research field covers from catalyst substrate, catalyst coating and catalyst active component research, dosing controller hardware and software control strategy study, to product structure of exhaust after-treatment and welding technology study and other fields. Attracted R&D talents with all kinds of professional backgrounds more than 280, including seven Doctors, 36 Masters, Kailong has over 9 engine comprehensive test benches, among which four electric power transient test-bed, equipped with AVL electric dynamometer with the CVS (full flow discharge) testing capability, particle analyzer, laser particle size analyzer. Kailong also has vibration test bed, raining, salt spraying, high and low temperature. Kailong has full-capacity of performance test and validation facility for various diesel engines after-treatment systems and core components. Kailong High Technology Co., Ltd. has been cooperating with HUST, ECUST and other research institutes in long term to provide strong support for the company's product technology innovation.

Kailong High-tech has independently designed and built the substrate catalyst coating assembly line, ceramic honeycomb substrate production line, urea injection pump assembly line, dosing controller (DCU) assembly line, integrated pump and tank assembly line and canning lines, which has a full-range of production chain of exhaust after-treatment system.
