Job Description:
1. According to the annual budget, achieve the sales targets of the region;
2. Lead the development of new customers in the region, maintain old customers, and ensure close and good relationship with customers;
3. Collect industry market information, peer or competitor related products, prices and other information through various channels, and timely collect feedback;
4. Responsible for account checking, billing and payment collection follow-up of customers' receivables to avoid non-performing receivables;
5. Responsible for account checking and follow-up the variance of inventory sold by clients on commission to avoid sluggish inventory;
6. Customer relationship maintenance, customer complaints processing, avoid causing major customer complaints.

Ability requirements:
1. 25-35 years old, bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 5 years of sales experience in agricultural machinery, ship, modified vehicle, spare parts and other auto parts industry;
3. Good negotiation ability, expression skills and keen insight, ability under working pressure and good teamwork spirit.
