On September 11, Kailong Chairman Zang Zhicheng, Technology Director, Sales Director, and relevant engineers from the Application Engineering Department attended the Diesel Engine DPF China Technical Route and Application Exchange Seminar held at Delphi Shanghai.
With the increasing enforcement of national emission regulations — including the full nationwide implementation of China IV and the comprehensive launch of China V R&D work — diesel engine DPF technology is an important aftertreatment approach for reducing motor vehicle PM2.5 emissions. At this DPF technology discussion conference, representatives from domestic universities, major engine manufacturers, vehicle manufacturers, and aftertreatment manufacturers each shared their perspectives, jointly sharing and discussing DPF application routes suitable for China's national conditions.
At this conference, the Sales Department carefully prepared DPF technology exchange roll-up banner materials, comprehensively displaying Kailong's exhaust aftertreatment SCR and DPF products. Meanwhile, Kailong Technology Director Dr. Zhu Lei (postdoctoral researcher) presented a briefing on Kailong's fuel injection combustion and catalytic active/passive regeneration DPF technical solutions — developing DPF system technology suitable for China's national conditions, adopting a simplified DPF regeneration control strategy to achieve timely regeneration of DPF carbon loading, reducing the calibration cycle, and lowering DPF technology development costs.
