Chairman and General Manager: Zang Zhicheng
Professor-level Senior Engineer, Doctoral Supervisor of Shandong University, Member of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association.

　　In December 2001, he founded Kailong High-Tech Co., Ltd. (formerly Wuxi Kailong Automobile Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.). For more than two decades, he has been committed to the R&D, production and sales of diesel vehicle exhaust aftertreatment systems. He led the team to take the lead in developing the first set of China IV, China V and China VI aftertreatment system products, supporting the implementation of emission regulations from China IV to China VI for commercial vehicle diesel engines in China. He solved key technologies, core components and bottleneck projects of aftertreatment systems, broke foreign monopolies, and ensured industrial security. He currently serves as Chairman of the Aftertreatment System Branch of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, Leader of the SCR Exhaust Aftertreatment Working Group of National Technical Committee for Standardization of Internal Combustion Engines, etc.

Core Team

Ye Jun: Director and Deputy General Manager, Vice President of China Association of Environmental Protection Industry, Secretary General of Aftertreatment System Branch of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. Graduated from Jiangsu Institute of Technology (now Jiangsu University) with a bachelor's degree and senior engineer title. He has long been engaged in technical R&D and quality management of automobile complete vehicles and exhaust aftertreatment systems (diesel engine SCR systems). In the company, he is fully responsible for the R&D and industrialization of aftertreatment technologies meeting China IV, China V and China VI standards, coordinates the matching experiments of the company's aftertreatment systems with engines and complete vehicles, guides engine calibration and "three-high" (high temperature, plateau and cold climate) tests of complete vehicles, and improves aftertreatment system parameters, formulates or optimizes production processes, production workflows, key quality control points and manufacturing plans, playing a key role in the industrialization of the company's aftertreatment technologies.

Li Huaichao: Director and Deputy General Manager, in charge of Marketing Center. Graduated from Wuxi Machinery Manufacturing School (now Wuxi Institute of Technology). He successively served as Regional Manager of FAW Bus Wuxi Automobile Factory. Joined Kailong Hi-Tech in 2010, and successively served as Regional Manager of Marketing Center, General Manager of Commercial Vehicle Department of Marketing Center, and Deputy General Manager of the company. He has long been engaged in market operation of automobile exhaust aftertreatment systems and is fully responsible for the commercialization of aftertreatment system products in the commercial vehicle market.

Zou Haiping: Born in August 1987, Chinese citizen, no permanent overseas residency. Graduated from Jiangsu University with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in engineering. From October 2009 to July 2022, he successively served as Electronic Control Engineer and Director of Electronic Control Research Institute of Kailong High-Tech Co., Ltd. From August 2022 to July 2023, he served as Vice President of the company's Technology Research Institute. Since August 2023, he has been Assistant to the Chairman and Executive Vice President of Technology Research Institute. Since September 2023, he has been a Director of the company.

Ding Qiankun: Deputy General Manager. Graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a master's degree. He once worked in Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd., successively serving as Design Engineer and Deputy Chief of QCD Improvement Section. Joined Kailong Hi-Tech in April 2011, and successively served as Deputy Minister of R&D Department and Vice President of Technology Research Institute. He has long been engaged in the design and development of packaging products and process development. Since June 2023, he has been responsible for the management of the Operation Center.

Ma Yun: Deputy General Manager. Graduated from Nanjing Tech University with a bachelor's degree, Jiangsu Provincial Second-Class Constructor, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Kailong High-Tech Co., Ltd., Deputy to the People's Congress of Huishan District, Wuxi City. Joined Kailong Hi-Tech in 2011, and successively served as Minister of General Management Department, Director of Equipment Technical Transformation Department and Information Technology Department. He has long been engaged in infrastructure engineering, equipment management, intelligent manufacturing and supply chain management of automobile exhaust aftertreatment systems, and is fully responsible for the company's supply chain management and intelligent system project development of automobile exhaust aftertreatment systems.

Deng Xiaoqing: Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer. Graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a master's degree. He has successively served as CFO of China Region of Heat Exchange Division of Nouryon Group; CFO and Director of China Region of Industrial and Commercial Division of Modine Manufacturing Group; Assistant General Manager (Investment Banking) of Beijing Ruishi Capital Management Co., Ltd. Since July 2023, he has been Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the company.
