Product Usage Notes

1. To ensure the normal operation and service life of the system, please use qualified and clean urea aqueous solution. Dirty urea solution may clog the pump or nozzle in the system, while low concentration will result in non-compliant emissions and may even cause failure of the catalytic muffler.

2. Urea will freeze and expand in volume below -11℃. Therefore, do not overfill the urea tank; leave at least 10% expansion space to avoid cracking the tank when urea freezes.

3. Please add urea in time when the urea level in the tank is below 20%. If the urea level is too low, the system will turn on the fault light and limit the engine torque.

4. When the system is operating, high pressure may build up in the pipelines. Please protect your eyes when disassembling fluid pipelines to prevent urea from splashing into eyes.

5. It is forbidden to disassemble the bolts on the urea pump housing or pump head without permission, as special procedures and calibration are required after disassembly.

6. The urea pump must be removed from the frame before any welding operations on the vehicle, otherwise permanent damage to the urea pump may occur.
