Kailong Technology Research Institute

Kailong Technology Research Institute is a postdoctoral research station, a national enterprise technology center, a key enterprise R&D institution in Jiangsu Province, an engineering technology research center in Jiangsu Province, and an enterprise technology center in Jiangsu Province. Its R&D directions cover research on catalyst supports, catalytic coatings and active components of catalysts, research on software and hardware control strategies of injection controllers, and research on product structures and welding technologies of exhaust aftertreatment systems. It gathers R&D engineers with various professional backgrounds; it is equipped with 10 comprehensive engine test benches and 4 electric transient test benches, as well as AVL electric dynamometers, emission analyzers, particle analyzers, laser particle size analyzers, and vibration, rain, salt spray, high and low temperature test equipment. It has the ability to test and inspect the performance of various types of diesel engines, aftertreatment systems and core components, and possesses CVS (full-flow emission) testing capability. Kailong Technology Research Institute has long-term cooperation with scientific research institutes such as Huazhong University of Science and Technology and East China University of Science and Technology, providing strong support for the technological innovation of the company's products.

The Experimental Center of Kailong Technology Research Institute has more than 20 laboratories, including engine laboratories and 3-DOF vibration laboratories. It is equipped with 10 engine test benches and advanced R&D test equipment such as AVL electric dynamometers, emission analyzers, particle analyzers and particle counters. It has the capability to test and inspect the performance of various types of diesel engines and core components of aftertreatment systems. The experimental center has been accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
