Kailong Hi-Tech's retrofit vehicle market has been reporting successive victories recently. Following the successful entry into the South Korean and Hong Kong markets — completing Euro II to Euro V retrofits for Seoul public buses in Korea and Euro III to Euro V engine retrofits for Huiji Group's stone crusher assembly lines in Hong Kong — the domestic retrofit vehicle markets in Ningxia, Henan, and other regions have also been frequently reporting good news.

On June 21, while retrofit vehicle department personnel were busily organizing the retrofitting of various vehicle types including pickup trucks, light and heavy trucks, and buses in the Yinchuan area of Ningxia, good news also arrived from the Henan market — Kailong Hi-Tech successfully made the shortlist for Jiaozuo City's motor vehicle environmental treatment product approved supplier list. It is understood that approximately 10,000 vehicles in Jiaozuo City will undergo retrofitting in this initiative.

The 2015 Government Work Report proposed: controlling motor vehicle exhaust and improving fuel quality standards. Nanjing, Wuhan, Shandong, and other regions carried out Yellow Label vehicle retrofitting in 2015, opening the curtain on the retrofit vehicle market. With the introduction of the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law, "Yellow-to-Green" implementation plans have been successively issued in more provinces and cities across the country this year, and the volume of Yellow Label vehicle retrofits is continuously increasing.
