On April 19, 2018, the "Xinzhiyu" Women's Micro-Lecture Series — a new union feature project launched by the Huishan District Federation of Trade Unions — officially went live online. The micro-lecture series leverages an "Internet+" model, saving time and space while making employee learning more convenient and flexible. Going forward, the Huishan District "Xinzhiyu" lecture series will be held once per month, offering premium courses in topics such as physiology, psychology, health preservation, beauty, and fashion — enriching female employees' spiritual and cultural lives and enhancing their overall competencies.

Kailong Hi-Tech's union organized the first batch of more than 30 female employees to participate in a psychology knowledge course at home by sharing and forwarding the course link.

This course was themed "Being a Happy and Fulfilled Self," with a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes. The session was taught by Ms. Hu Chunxia, a training instructor at the Wuxi Hede Marriage and Family Psychology Service Center and a National Level 2 Psychological Counselor.

The micro-lecture was divided into two segments: instructor teaching and student interaction. During the lecture, the instructor used real-life cases as entry points, providing in-depth yet accessible analysis of issues of common concern. During the interactive segment, Ms. Hu patiently answered questions raised by students and provided helpful guidance for managing emotions correctly.

That evening, everyone took out their phones on time. After one and a half hours of listening and interaction, Kailong Hi-Tech's female employees reported gaining a great deal, and many enthusiastically praised the "Xinzhiyu Micro-Lecture Series for Female Employees" launched by the Huishan District Federation of Trade Unions.
