On April 28, 2018, at the Huishan District commendation conference celebrating May Day International Labor Day, Kailong Hi-Tech was honored as an Advanced Unit for the Huishan District "Care & Dream Fulfillment" Initiative.

To translate the "Care & Dream Fulfillment" initiative into concrete results, Kailong Hi-Tech, with the support of the company's Party General Branch, collaborated with the Human Resources Department to carefully plan and implement the following:

I. Strengthening Leadership and Improving Mechanisms to Continuously Advance "Care & Dream Fulfillment" Initiative Management

Under the leadership of the company's Party General Branch, the union took the lead in establishing a working group, with the Union Chairman as team leader and the HR Department Head, recruitment specialist, and production director as members. The working group launched "Care & Dream Fulfillment" internship positions targeting youth students aged 16 or above from workers' families across the district. For two consecutive years, the program provided 30 internship positions, helping 15 young students earn labor income through their own hands, easing family financial pressure, developing their youthful talents, and enabling self-growth — transforming the union's support model from a "blood transfusion" approach to a "blood generation" approach, and from single-dimension scholarship assistance to a three-in-one model integrating academic support, employment support, and motivational support.

II. Expanding Formats and Standardizing Operations to Continuously Drive Innovation in the 'Care & Dream Fulfillment' Initiative

The company's union leveraged WeChat and the company's broadcasting system to disseminate various vocational training information. Through regular visits, information sharing, and talent training, the union comprehensively implemented the "Care & Dream Fulfillment" initiative. By fostering a culture of academic support, conducting baseline surveys, innovating assistance models, and strictly managing funds, the program ensured real, tangible results. Employees — especially children of disadvantaged workers — were encouraged to work at designated positions at Kailong Hi-Tech during school holidays, providing job opportunity information to disadvantaged employees, broadening their perspectives, and guiding them to become self-reliant with the union's support.

This initiative received the full support of the company's senior leadership, was welcomed by youth students across Huishan District, and earned widespread praise from parents and society at large.
