— A Record of Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd.'s 2018 Team Building Expedition

When flowers fade, there is no need for regret — the deep shade of summer trees is just right. In the blazing heat of July, the sky was a deep blue with a scorching sun hanging overhead. The air was thick with heat, and even the roadside leaves drooped under the warmth. But the heat could not stop the pace of Kailong Marketing Center employees. Under the blazing sun, a team of 100 marched with high spirits, arriving at Changzhou Longfeng Valley Team Building Center after a 20-minute journey.

The first team building activity was an outdoor mountain hike. Under the direction of coaches and General Manager Chen Xiaoling, Kailong's hundred-strong team was divided into 6 groups — Red, Blue, Pink, Yellow, Orange, and Green. First, the team lined up in precise military formation for a brief warm-up. Then the coach organized the first competition: each of the 6 groups formed a circle and, following the game rules, shouted the eight characters "We are the best team!" in sequence — the group that completed it in the shortest time won. The winning group would lead the entire team on a 40-minute outdoor mountain hike. After a brief but intense competition, the Yellow Passion Team led by General Manager Chen emerged victorious. At the sound of the coach's whistle in the breeze, General Manager Chen led the Passion Team to set off first, with the rest of the teams following in a grand procession.

The main challenge of the hike was to scale the ridge of Longfeng Valley, requiring the team to conquer more than 100 steps at nearly a 50-degree incline. Many team members initially hesitated and began to waver, but in the midst of the discussion, General Manager Chen called out loudly: "We are the strongest Kailong team — we can overcome any challenge!" Everyone's spirits immediately lifted, and the wavering crowd grew quiet, then voluntarily and steadily began the climb. The brilliant wildflowers along the path seemed to applaud the team members' steady strides. Near the summit, everyone was exhausted, but not a single team member gave up or fell behind. They helped each other and completed the outdoor mountain hike together — fully demonstrating the Kailong Marketing Team's spirit of mutual support and their unyielding courage in the face of adversity.

The second team building activity was an indoor event. Amid laughter and cheers, everyone forgot the fatigue of the hike and worked together to complete the challenges. The group then participated in three more team building competitions, the most entertaining of which was a raft-paddling race in which two groups of team members splashed each other with water and played joyfully. Under the blazing high-temperature sun, everyone was fearless and had tremendous fun.

Every competition in this Longfeng Valley expedition demonstrated the cohesion of the Kailong team and strengthened the company's collective spirit — creating a rich foundation of shared experience for future collaboration and success.
