Since the 17th Congress of the Wuxi Federation of Trade Unions, the Union of Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. has diligently studied and implemented the spirit of the 18th and 19th Party Congresses. Grounded in the enterprise, focused on the central work, and serving the overall situation, the union has broadly organized labor competitions, legally safeguarded employees' legitimate rights and interests, worked hard to build harmonious labor relations, comprehensively improved employee quality, and made positive contributions to the company's development.

In 2018, following evaluation by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, 100 Wuxi Municipal Model Employees' Homes and 100 Wuxi Municipal Outstanding Union Workers were commended.

In this year's Wuxi Municipal "Model Employees' Home" and "Outstanding Union Worker" evaluation and selection activities, the Union of Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. won the honorary title of 2018 Wuxi Municipal "Model Employees' Home," and Union Vice Chair Hu Benchao was selected and honored with the Wuxi Municipal "Outstanding Union Worker" honorary title. These honors were achieved through the strong care and support of the company's Party General Branch and leaders at all levels, as well as the dedication of all union workers. They also represent recognition of Kailong Hi-Tech's work achievements by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and serve as both encouragement and inspiration. The company's union will seize this as an opportunity and a new starting point — deeply studying and implementing the spirit of the Municipal Federation's 18th Conference, cherishing the honor, maintaining discipline and vigilance, and continuing to advance with greater dedication and excellence.
