I. Tender Content and Contract Validity Period

3. Contract validity period for this tender: January 2019 – End of June 2019

II. Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. Bidder qualification declaration (see Attachment 2)

2. Valid copy of business license or legal entity certificate

3. Other qualification documents the bidder deems necessary to submit

4. Anti-corruption agreement (see Attachment 3)

5. All participating bidders must submit a deposit of ¥50,000 (fifty thousand yuan) in advance. Unsuccessful bidders will have their deposits returned within one week after the bidding process concludes. Deposits must be submitted via the following bank account for corporate transfers:
