On October 10, the Wuxi Federation of Trade Unions' "Employee Reading Model Leadership — Three-Year Initiative" entered Kailong Hi-Tech and delivered its first model lecture. This year, the Wuxi Federation of Trade Unions launched the "Employee Reading Model Leadership — Three-Year Initiative" city-wide, aimed at promoting employee reading and reaching deeply into grassroots communities, the general public, and people's hearts. The Wuxi Federation of Trade Unions chose Kailong Hi-Tech as its first stop in the Huishan District. Closely aligned with the enterprise's realities and centered on the craftsman spirit, three teachers — Jiang Hongfang, Lu Lu, and Xu Xiangfei — delivered a lecture titled "With a Craftsman's Heart, Polishing the Shadow of Time."
