1. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle spare parts dealership, with annual sales of no less than ¥5 million, and a complete sales network within the applied regional coverage area.

2. Registered capital of no less than ¥500,000; must possess independent legal entity status and general taxpayer qualification.

3. Strong financial resources; ability to ensure timely payment for goods.

4. Good credit record and business reputation.

5. Must have a fixed business premises meeting the company's requirements.
