To further strengthen the company's COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work, prevent the spread of the virus, and ensure normal production operations, in accordance with the deployment of higher-level authorities at the provincial, municipal, Huishan District, and Qianqiao Street levels, the company strictly implemented the "five-one" resumption principles. On February 8, the company was successfully included in Wuxi's first batch of approved work-resumption enterprises, and on February 12 officially received government approval.

Before employees returned to work, Kailong Hi-Tech's Management Center focused on strengthening epidemic monitoring for returning employees, carefully checking whether any employees had contact history with personnel from key affected areas, or had traveled to, stayed in, or passed through seven provinces and one municipality. Employees from those regions who had left during the holiday were required to temporarily delay their return to work.

Qianqiao Street's Nantang Community set up a checkpoint at the Ouyang Road bridge underpass to verify all passing personnel and vehicles, jointly ensuring the health status of all passersby in cooperation with Kailong Hi-Tech.

On the first day of work resumption, returning employees were seen willingly undergoing temperature checks and registration at the company's Gate A and Gate B entrances. All personnel passed through in an orderly manner, maintaining safe distances. Employees using company transport vehicles were also required to undergo temperature checks before boarding and were permitted to board only after passing the checks. To prevent cross-infection, employees in the office building were required to use the stairs rather than the elevators.

Isolation keeps out the virus, but not warmth. Even with strict prevention measures in place, Kailong's leadership and union organized meaningful activities to keep team morale high and demonstrate care for every employee during this difficult period. The company's "Iron Army" spirit was on full display — responsible, disciplined, and united in the face of adversity.
