The fourth event of Kailong Hi-Tech's 1st Fun Sports Games was the Guandan Card Game Tournament. A total of 24 teams entered the competition. Guided by the spirit of "friendship first, competition second" and adhering to the principles of "fairness, impartiality, and openness," all participating teams formed through open pairing and drew lots to determine their opponents, advancing through a single-elimination format. On the competition floor, age and position were set aside as everyone competed as equals, creating a lively and spirited atmosphere. During the matches, teammates coordinated closely, calculated carefully, and responded calmly. Competing pairs matched wits and skills, chased each other's scores, and forged friendships through play — the atmosphere simultaneously tense and light-hearted. Win or lose, everyone wore a smile, and spectators enjoyed the excitement just as much as the players. After fierce competition and multiple rounds of elimination, Qin Puxin and Meng Jun claimed the championship; Xu Guanghong and Xie Li won the runner-up; and Hou Chenjia and Wu Zhen took third place.

This tournament combined entertainment with competition. Participants not only enjoyed the fun of the Guandan card game and developed chemistry with their partners, but also came to appreciate the importance of mutual understanding and support between people. The event strengthened interaction and communication among employees and greatly reinforced cohesion across the entire workforce.
