In order to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions on promoting the integrated development of the digital economy and the real economy, and to advance the deep integration of new-generation information technology with manufacturing — fostering enterprise digitalization, networking, and intelligent development — Kailong Hi-Tech held the launch ceremony for its digital learning platform, the "Kailong Talent Academy," on December 31. The meeting was held on the third floor of the company's cafeteria and was attended by Kailong Hi-Tech General Manager Assistants Shao Jun and Shi Weizhong; Zhao Fen, General Manager of the Client Success Center of Jiangsu YunXueTang Network Technology Co., Ltd.; Operations Director Cai Rong; Sales Director Lu Di; department heads, key employees, grassroots employee representatives; and subsidiary company personnel (via live online broadcast). The meeting was chaired by Chu Xiutang from the Human Resources Department.

Ms. Zhao Fen, General Manager of the Client Success Center of platform partner YunXueTang, delivered a keynote speech. She noted that the establishment of the digital training and learning platform was created against the backdrop of the rapid advancement of information technology, which has profoundly influenced the concepts and methods of training management, and resolves the everyday conflict between work and learning. The platform achieves personalized learning through intelligent matching of people, positions, and knowledge, meeting the learning and development needs of users at all levels. It fulfills functional needs across teaching, learning, management, interactive communication, assessment, and the integration of learning and application. With clearly defined requirements and guidelines for credits, study hours, and position-based learning, learners will receive an "integrated, one-stop" learning experience. Through the combination of platform and content, the company will continuously strengthen talent development, build a reserve of high-quality comprehensive talent, help construct digital capabilities, and drive organizational transformation and strategic transition.
