As 2022 drew to a close, orders flooded in. To ensure delivery, approximately 350 frontline production staff remained at their posts throughout the Spring Festival holiday.

To show appreciation to the employees who stayed on the production frontline during the Spring Festival, the company organized a festive event titled "Sharing Joy, Celebrating Together, Welcoming the New Year" on the afternoon of New Year's Eve.

At 3:00 PM, the event kicked off with a tea gathering. After warm-up activities featuring interactive games and performances, Deputy General Manager Shao Jun delivered a speech on behalf of company management. He repeatedly emphasized the importance of production safety and 6S standards, called for employee enthusiasm, and extended New Year greetings to everyone present on behalf of the company.

Even without the usual CCTV Spring Festival Gala, laughter and good cheer filled the room. The event gave the employees remaining in Wuxi a warm sense of belonging to the Kailong family.
