On the afternoon of March 7, at the Wuxi Federation of Trade Unions' Women's Committee "Modern Women, Making Achievements" commendation conference commemorating International Women's Day, great news arrived: Kailong Hi-Tech's Urea Pump Team was honored with the "Wuxi May Day Women's Citation" and "Wuxi Workers' Vanguard" distinctions. Urea Pump Team leader Wu Lingyi accepted the awards on behalf of the team.

Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd.'s "Urea Injection Pump Team" is one of Kailong's backbone teams. The team members are primarily responsible for the assembly, program flashing, testing, and inspection of urea injection pumps — an environmental and energy-saving product for automotive exhaust aftertreatment. In their work, guided by the principle of "using technological innovation to promote industrial progress," they take doing more and doing better as their personal responsibility. Under the leadership of women's representative and team leader Wu Lingyi, the team continuously improves and innovates, always adhering to a management system that integrates quality, safety, site management, and training.
