In the warmth of early spring, Kailong Hi-Tech's marketing team welcomed a new season — fresh blood, a new direction, and renewed passion! Building a loyal, dedicated, professional, and disciplined marketing team became our new goal, while also creating a working atmosphere of solidarity, rigor, and vibrant engagement — allowing everyone to enjoy working with a full and energetic spirit!

The two-and-a-half-day marketing conference further planned our marketing objectives and developed practical step-by-step implementation plans. The meeting was intense and efficient, injecting new vitality into the marketing team, pointing the way forward in our work, clarifying tasks in implementation, and leaving every employee's spirit greatly energized.

To better expand the market and fulfill this year's marketing objectives, the company's Marketing Center — with the care and attention of senior company leadership — organized and launched a mountain hiking activity, allowing everyone to stretch their muscles and connect closely with nature amid the intense work of market development. On the afternoon of March 11, the marketing team divided its mountain hiking participants into three groups — the Sky Blue Team, the Surpass Team, and the Nature Team — to hike Huishan. Team members traveled by Kailong Hi-Tech shuttle bus in a green and eco-friendly manner, arriving at the foot of Huishan amid laughter and song. Team leaders received their assignments, allocated personnel, and set off along the designated route toward the summit. The Surpass Team waved their small flags to cheer on team members and directly advanced toward the First Mao Peak and Second Mao Peak; the Sky Blue Team followed closely behind; and the Nature Team pressed ahead as well. Team members kept their eyes fixed on the characteristics of 8 target locations, dividing tasks and cooperating — hiking while observing, reminding and encouraging one another — finding and reaching the designated targets. After gathering all group members, they uploaded photos as quickly as possible. It was truly a comprehensive test of endurance, wisdom, and team spirit! Along the mountain path, tourists who saw our running figures were puzzled at first, but after a few words of concern, understanding that we were on a group mountain hiking activity, they immediately sent us admiring glances and cheered us on. Some female team members really couldn't walk anymore, so the male members proactively helped carry their backpacks, unwilling to leave any teammate behind on the climb. As the saying goes, going up is easy while coming down is hard — everyone looked after each other and walked every step together. Finally, all team members took a group photo in front of Huishan Gate, freezing this beautiful moment and leaving a wonderful memory for each team member.

In this hike, the Surpass Team led from start to finish and claimed first place, while the Sky Blue Team and Nature Team also performed exceptionally well. Rankings weren't what truly mattered — what mattered was that everyone, through the hiking process, experienced the importance of teamwork and perseverance. The first team activity of March was a great success, instantly igniting everyone's passionate fighting spirit. We look forward to the next gathering, to the next celebration of victory, and even more to Kailong Hi-Tech scaling even greater heights in the environmental cause!
