On September 19, 2017, a co-innovation center collaborative agreement between Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. and Soochow University was successfully signed at Soochow University's Dushu Lake Campus. Kailong Hi-Tech Chairman Zang Zhicheng, Wuxi Automotive Industry Association President Zhu Jianming, Dr. Zhu Lei of Kailong Technology Research Institute, and other attendees participated in the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Soochow University Party Committee Deputy Secretary and Vice President Lu Jianmei, and former Vice President Yuan Yinnan respectively expressed their hopes for the deep cooperation between Kailong Hi-Tech and Soochow University — including establishing a collaborative innovation alliance, jointly carrying out major scientific research projects, and achieving substantive innovative results in key fields.

Kailong Hi-Tech Chairman Zang Zhicheng also expressed confidence that, with the collaborative support of both parties, and through integrating resources, leveraging complementary strengths, and tackling challenges together, significant progress and breakthroughs could certainly be achieved in scientific research, technology development, achievement transformation, and value creation.

After the signing ceremony, Chairman Zang Zhicheng and his delegation were invited to visit the Materials and Chemical Engineering laboratories at Soochow University, where they observed the research achievements of Vice President Lu's research group in the areas of gas, water, and soil pollutant treatment.
