On January 28-29, 2019, the curtain rose on Kailong Hi-Tech's 2019 Spring Festival Gala. Centered on the theme of "Deepening Innovation with Determination and Pressing Forward to Create Glory," the company's chairman and senior management, representatives from Wuxi social organizations and media, and all business leaders and employees gathered together to extend their warmest greetings to one another.

The gala opened with a glorious moment of recognition. Outstanding individuals, outstanding teams, and innovative working groups that emerged in 2018 were honored and awarded at the gala. Among the honorees were frontline production workers, research scientists conducting innovation experiments, and after-sales service personnel — regardless of their role, every one of them gave their all in the past year to create value for the company and contribute their share. Deputy General Manager Ye Jun and then Chairman Zang Zhicheng successively delivered New Year greetings and toasts to all employees. In the year 2018 that has just passed, Kailong — under the united leadership of the Chairman and all management — fulfilled all annual business objectives and came away with a full harvest of achievements. The company also earned the qualification of a National Enterprise Technology Center, fully committed to China VI system development and took the lead in the industry. Through cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement, the company continued to strengthen its core competitiveness.
