On February 11, 2019, Wuxi Huishan District Governor Wu Jianyuan, Deputy Governor He Guoqing, and a delegation arrived at Kailong Hi-Tech bearing New Year greetings, launching the "Enterprise Warming Initiative" to help enterprises resolve difficulties and drive Kailong's accelerated development.
