To fully develop the company's talent resources, achieve effective integration of internal resources, foster an atmosphere of knowledge sharing, provide employees with a platform for growth and development, pass on corporate culture and transmit knowledge and skills, and build a team of internal trainers with excellent professional qualities, strong specialized capabilities, and outstanding instructional skills, the Human Resources Department of the Management Center conducted the company's first internal trainer selection activity, selecting a group of outstanding internal trainers from across the company through a merit-based process.

On March 25, the internal trainer candidate trial lecture and certification activity was held as scheduled in Training Room 4-1 of Phase 2. The activity invited Chairman and General Manager Zang Zhicheng, Executive Deputy General Manager Ye Jun, Deputy General Manager Liu Dewen, Deputy General Manager Wu Yongxing, Technology Research Institute Deputy Deans Zhang Junrong, Zeng Wei, and Ding Qiankun, Party Secretary Ma Zhilin, and Deputy Human Resources Director Wang Genggeng to serve as evaluation committee members. Ten candidates attended and participated in the activity.

The evaluation committee assessed candidates primarily on three dimensions: presentation skills, course development skills, and PPT production skills. Candidates took the competition seriously and carefully prepared their trial lecture materials. The courses covered management topics, professional and technical topics, and knowledge-sharing topics closely relevant to the participants' own roles.

Evaluation committee members provided objective, fair, and comprehensive assessments of each trial lecturer's performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance. The activity concluded with a group of outstanding internal trainers selected, laying a strong foundation for the company's internal knowledge-sharing and professional development culture.
