To further enhance employees' comprehensive skill levels, accelerate the development of a high-skilled talent pipeline, cultivate reserve skilled talent that meets new industry development demands, and drive the company's high-quality development, the New Enterprise Apprenticeship Program opening ceremony was grandly held in Training Room 4-1 on May 12. Attendees included Tang Mingguang, Deputy Director of the Employment Management Division of Huishan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Wu Minjie, Deputy Director of the Qianqiao Human Resources Office; company Party Secretary Ma Zhilin; Zhang Wenhua, Deputy Principal of Wuxi Technician Institute; Wei Ningyu, Director of the Electrical Engineering Department; Zhou Yan, Deputy Director of the Electrical Engineering Department; Chen Xiaojie, Teaching and Research Group Leader of the Electrical Engineering Department; as well as functional department heads and student participants from the company. The ceremony was chaired by Chu Xiutang, Section Chief of Training Management at the Human Resources Department.

This new apprenticeship training program was developed through more than six months of preparation and research. Aligned with the company's development needs for skilled talent training, it conducted a comprehensive training needs analysis across three dimensions — enterprise, positions, and apprentices — and organized multiple joint discussions between both school and enterprise parties on curriculum design, teaching content, and teaching methods. The result is a practical and feasible new apprenticeship training implementation plan and teaching schedule, creating an innovative skilled talent cultivation model that ensures training aligns with the company's overall goals and development strategy requirements.

Party Secretary Ma Zhilin emphasized in his address that skilled talent is a vital component of the company's talent team and a key support for the company's core competitiveness. Launching the new enterprise apprenticeship program is an important initiative for the company to upgrade its skilled talent pipeline, and will play a significant role in advancing high-quality enterprise development.
