This year, the Operations Branch No. 2 of Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. CPC Committee applied on behalf of the Kailong Hi-Tech Party Committee for the municipal-level standardization and normalization demonstration site designation. The branch delivered satisfactory results in both the April and May Party building inspections. At the recently concluded Wuxi Municipal Grassroots Party Building "Three-Project Initiative" Advancement Conference, Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. was awarded the "Party Branch Standardization and Normalization Construction Demonstration Site" honor plaque by the Wuxi Municipal Committee Organization Department. This recognition affirms the phased achievements of Kailong Hi-Tech's Party Committee in Party building work, and further encourages the company's development model of driving innovation through private enterprise, jointly building harmony through Party-enterprise cooperation, and creating a shared future.

Under the correct guidance of the Huishan District Committee and Qianqiao Street Party Working Committee, Kailong Hi-Tech's Party Committee has strictly followed the requirements of the Huishan District CPC Office Document [2018] No. 68 — the "Implementation Plan for the Party Branch Standardization and Normalization Construction Initiative" — to establish comprehensive work records and management systems. The Party Committee has consistently held firm to two simultaneous priorities: advancing Party organizational development, and driving the company's operational construction and talent development. Closely tied to production realities, Party building work is integrated with and mutually reinforcing of "production development" — fully embodying the guiding principle of "centering economic work on Party building, and using Party building to drive development."

Since the establishment of each branch committee, the company's Party Committee has strictly fulfilled the six basic responsibilities of Party branches, implementing standardized leadership development, normalized organizational activities, and regularized activity conduct — creating a strong and distinctive Party building brand recognized by Qianqiao Sub-district and the Huishan District Committee.
