The 5th Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing from October 26 to 29. This meeting was convened at a critical juncture as China enters a new stage of development and strives toward the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation — a conference of overarching and historic significance. The Plenary Session gave integrated consideration to the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the long-term goals for 2035, making thoughtful connections between the two centenary goals, charting a magnificent blueprint for China's future development, and pointing the way forward.

After the close of the Plenary Session, Kailong Hi-Tech's Party Committee carefully organized all Party branch secretaries to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 5th Plenary Session. In open and candid exchanges, everyone deeply felt that in today's world — where peace and development remain the themes of the era and the concept of building a community with a shared future for humanity is gaining ever broader acceptance — China, even in the face of profound and complex changes in the international economic and political landscape, and amid increasing instability and uncertainty in the international situation, remains in an important period of strategic opportunity. This new historical positioning has bestowed upon every Party member a new historical mission. Through this study, the company's Party Committee required every Party member to strive in practice to be a "five-hearted" good Party member: never forgetting one's original aspiration, maintaining loyalty to the Party, acting in the public interest, working with sincerity, and keeping desires in check. Branch members are required to lead all Party members in strengthening the Party building "five senses" within the company: sense of presence, sense of belonging, sense of identity, sense of pride, and sense of value.
