On November 12, a delegation of 10 core faculty members from Wuxi Automotive Engineering Higher Vocational and Technical School, led by Deputy Principal Li Xinhao, visited Kailong Hi-Tech for an exchange focused on school-enterprise cooperation and talent development.

Accompanied by Party Secretary and Management Center Director Ma Zhilin, Deputy General Manager Wu Yongxing, Technology Research Institute Deputy Dean Ding Qiankun, Human Resources Director Zhang Shanjiang, and Research Institute Professor Zhu Lei, Principal Li and the delegation toured Kailong Hi-Tech's product showroom and automated production lines. During the tour, Deputy General Manager Wu Yongxing introduced the manufacturing processes, performance characteristics, functions, and applications of the products in the showroom, while Deputy Dean Ding Qiankun explained the functions, roles, and production operations of the production lines.

Afterward, both parties held a friendly exchange in the company's conference room. Principal Li said: "In response to the new situation, the school will align its student enrollment with the actual development needs of enterprises — whatever kind of talent enterprises need, the school will cultivate talent accordingly." Party Secretary Ma Zhilin responded: "Innovation is the driving force behind enterprise development.
