Bloom with Dreams, Move Forward Together

On the afternoon of February 9, 2021, Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. grandly convened its 2020 Annual Commendation Conference and 2021 Performance Commitment Signing Ceremony. Chairman Zang Zhicheng, Executive Deputy General Manager Ye Jun, Party Secretary Ma Zhilin, Union Chair Ding Qiankun, all members of management, mid-to-senior-level staff, and over 300 employee representatives attended the meeting.

The first item on the agenda was the commendation of outstanding exemplary teams and individuals who emerged during 2020. In 2020, facing difficulties and challenges, all Kailong Hi-Tech employees continuously pushed boundaries, overcame obstacles, and achieved remarkable results. Among the honorees were frontline production workers who toiled through hardship, technical R&D personnel who worked tirelessly day and night, and colleagues from every department who made contributions in their respective roles. The company honored these outstanding individuals and teams in recognition of their efforts, and to inspire even more Kailong employees to unite, strive, and create new glories in the year ahead.

Honorees included Outstanding Union Workers, Outstanding Party Workers, Outstanding Party Members, and Advanced Party Branches — recognizing collective and individual excellence across Party building, innovation, and operations.

The third agenda item featured the company's entire management team stepping up to sign 2021 performance accountability pledges with the Chairman. Each pledge is a solemn commitment: in the year ahead, the management team will spare no effort in achieving all company performance targets, and will lead Kailong to reach new heights in quality improvement, technological breakthroughs, and project management — in every dimension.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Zang Zhicheng delivered a summary address. He first affirmed the achievements of all departments in 2020, and then set out the requirements for 2021's work priorities. The Chairman expressed that in 2020, through the collective collaboration of all departments and the dedication of all employees, the company overcame unprecedented challenges and achieved results that demonstrated Kailong's resilience and determination. In 2021, Kailong will continue to move forward boldly — blooming with dreams and striding forward together.
