On February 3, 2021, Xu Qiuhua, General Manager of Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., led a delegation to Kailong for a visit and research tour, accompanied by Ling Jianqun, Deputy R&D Director, and Jin Tianzhu, Deputy Quality Assurance Director of Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. Kailong Hi-Tech Chairman Zang Zhicheng warmly received and accompanied the delegation throughout the entire visit.

Stopping at the company's exhibition hall, General Manager Xu and the delegation first learned about Kailong Hi-Tech's series of exhaust aftertreatment products with independent intellectual property rights — including the development principles and market promotion of the diesel engine aftertreatment systems meeting China VI standards, the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems for automotive and marine diesel engines, and the active/passive regeneration particulate filter systems.

The delegation then proceeded to the production workshop, sequentially visiting Kailong Hi-Tech's engine test laboratory, China VI light truck GBD encapsulation line, China VI light truck assembly line, China VI heavy truck GBD encapsulation line, square heavy truck assembly line, China VI urea pump automated production line, and more, gaining a detailed understanding of Kailong Hi-Tech's refined manufacturing equipment and advanced production processes.

In the company's conference room, General Manager Xu delivered a training session on leadership and execution for mid-level and above management cadres of Kailong Hi-Tech. In the training, General Manager Xu proposed that leadership development should be built around a five-force framework: cultural and visionary leadership, organizational change capability, cadre team leadership, cadre execution capability, and cadre professional competency. He provided concrete methods for developing each dimension, offering valuable insights and practical guidance for Kailong's management team.
