On January 24, 2021, the 2020 Annual Operations Analysis Meeting of Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. was held in the Phase 2 conference room. The meeting was chaired by Executive Deputy General Manager Ye Jun, with all mid-level and above management from Kailong Hi-Tech headquarters and subsidiaries Lanfeng and Baudouin in attendance. The meeting comprehensively analyzed and summarized the company's overall operations in 2020, and clearly defined the work vision and objectives for the company's operations and management in 2021.

The first agenda item featured Executive Deputy General Manager Ye Jun announcing personnel appointment letters and the company's latest organizational structure. Subsequently, the heads of each headquarters department and subsidiary took turns reporting their module's annual KPI completion status, existing issues, and corresponding improvement plans, as well as their 2021 work direction and plans for their respective modules.

The third agenda item saw the company's entire management team step up to sign 2021 performance accountability pledges with the Chairman. These pledges are solemn commitments: in the year ahead, the management team will spare no effort to fulfill all company performance indicators, leading Kailong to reach new heights in quality improvement, technological breakthroughs, and project management across the board.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Zang Zhicheng delivered a summary address. He first affirmed the achievements of each department in 2020 and then outlined the requirements for 2021's work tasks. The Chairman expressed that in 2020, through the concerted efforts of all departments and all employees, the company achieved outstanding results despite significant challenges — demonstrating Kailong's resilience and collective spirit. In 2021, the company will set higher goals, press forward with determination, and continue to write Kailong's next chapter of excellence.
