Kailong Hi-Tech Organizes International Women's Day Fun Sports Games
International Women's Day is a traditional global holiday and a celebration for all women. To express the company's care and appreciation for all female colleagues, and to enrich the cultural lives of female employees, Kailong Hi-Tech organized a unique and lively fun sports games event.
On March 8, under the leadership of the Kailong Hi-Tech Party Committee, the company's Women's Federation, Union, and Youth League jointly held a Women's Day fun sports games themed "Original Aspiration Lights the Mission, Women Shine in Splendor." The event invited union representatives from Nantang Community and Dongfeng Community — partner communities that have established the "Community-Enterprise Co-Building" program with Kailong Hi-Tech — to participate in the interactive activities together.
At the start of the event, Party Secretary Ma Zhilin of the company's Party Committee extended festive greetings and warm wishes to all the women present, wishing the hardworking women across every department to stay true to their original aspirations, keep their mission firmly in mind, and continue to shine in their respective roles. The event then proceeded with five categories of fun sports competitions. About 60 female employees participated, including the "United Effort Three-Legged Race" that tested partner chemistry, "Telepathy Character Riddle Guessing" that challenged intuition, and collective team events such as the "Advance and Retreat Together Relay Race" and the "High-Spirited Tug-of-War." In every competition, participants gave their full effort, actively and enthusiastically engaging, and the on-site atmosphere repeatedly peaked with excitement. After intense and lively competition, all sports events concluded successfully. The company's Women's Federation Chair and the community female employee representatives also delivered speeches and extended warm wishes for the occasion.
