To deepen the education of Party members and the study of Party history, and to actively practice the people-centered development philosophy, in accordance with the Party committee and union deployment requirements, Kailong's Party Committee on the morning of May 14 specially invited representatives from the Wuxi Federation of Trade Unions, Huishan District Federation of Trade Unions, Qianqiao Street Federation of Trade Unions, Qianqiao Street Judicial Bureau, Qianqiao Street Safety Production Supervision and Administration Office, Qianqiao Street Association for Science and Technology, Qianqiao Street Administrative Approval Bureau, Qianqiao Street Women's Federation, and the Outang Police Station to come to the company and bring legal knowledge to the workforce.
During the activity, officials from each government functional department provided detailed on-site answers to various difficult questions encountered by enterprise employees, and shared relevant legal publicity materials. These small pamphlets captured legal knowledge closely relevant to everyday life, and more importantly, taught employees how to better protect their own rights and interests, and work together to build a peaceful and happy life.
After the on-site legal education session concluded, representatives from the Wuxi Federation of Trade Unions and Huishan District Federation of Trade Unions — led by Deputy Party Secretary Wang Genggeng and Research Institute General Branch Secretary Hu Benchao — went to the conference room for a roundtable discussion. At the meeting, leaders from the municipal and district federations of trade unions inquired in detail about the difficulties and issues the company had recently encountered in production, operations, and labor management, and provided relevant guidance. Deputy Party Secretary Wang Genggeng expressed sincere thanks to the municipal, district, and federation of trade unions for bringing legal services to the enterprise and providing legal advice for the company's challenges, calling it a true example of "doing practical and good things for the enterprise." Going forward, the company would organize all Party members and employees to carefully study the legal knowledge shared.
