Uniting Hearts, Pioneering Innovation, Pursuing Excellence, Scaling New Heights

On May 16, 2021, accompanied by the gentle spring breeze and light rain, Kailong Hi-Tech's middle management and core technical staff gathered at Longfeng Valley in Changzhou for a team-building activity themed "Uniting Hearts, Pioneering Innovation, Pursuing Excellence, and Scaling New Heights." The event was jointly organized by the company's Human Resources Department and General Management Department, with Deputy General Managers Liu Dewen, Wu Yongxing, and Li Huaichao leading and participating throughout.

Employees are the company's greatest asset, and the team is the company's core competitive strength. Since its founding, Kailong Hi-Tech has placed great importance on talent development and growth. The main activities of this team-building event included "Dream Chasers: The Legend of Dragon and Phoenix," Fun Caterpillar Race, Floor Curling, and Dancing with the Chinese Dragon. The goal was to enhance communication, coordination, and team chemistry among employees through a series of team-building games, boost team morale, ignite team passion, and strengthen team cohesion.

Participants of the event all expressed that they gained tremendous value from the experience. Though physically tired, every participant fully felt the power of the team and the true meaning of working together and achieving shared success.
