To fully motivate employees across all departments, strengthen team cohesion, and enrich employees' leisure and cultural lives, the company organized the "Kailong Hi-Tech 1st Fun Sports Games" on June 7. The first event of the games was the tug-of-war competition, with a total of 16 teams from across the company participating — each consisting of a mixed team of 5 men and 5 women. The competition used an elimination format to ultimately determine the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers.

At 3:30 PM on June 7, the tug-of-war competition began. Employees fixed their eyes wide, held their breath, and stared intently at the thick hemp rope, waiting for the referee's signal. As the referee swung their hand and shouted "Ready — Go!" the venue erupted instantly. The competing teams charged like fierce tigers, pulling the rope with all their might. Their round faces flushed red as apples, their eyes wide as bells, beads of sweat rolling down as they gripped the rope tightly and leaned their bodies back, shouting in unison: "Come on! Come on!" The competing employees seemed to pour every ounce of their strength through their shouts into the rope. On the sidelines, the cheering squads also went all out — shouting at the top of their lungs, waving their hands, stomping their feet, willing the red marker in the middle to swing toward their team's side. Yet the red marker swayed left and right, unpredictable from moment to moment, as if it were deliberately teasing everyone.

Through this exciting tug-of-war, employees exercised their bodies and spirits alike, fully experiencing the collective power of teamwork. The event set an energetic and spirited tone for the rest of the Fun Sports Games.

Final results: 1st place — Logistics Team; 2nd place — Operations Team; 3rd place — Technology Research Institute Team.
