Recently, the Union Committee of Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. was awarded the honorary title of "National Model Employees' Home" by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU). The "National Model Employees' Home" title is established by the ACFTU and represents the highest honor in the national trade union system for recognizing outstanding collective units at the grassroots level — the highest national commendation for grassroots union work.

Building an employees' home that workers truly trust and serving as a reliable "family" for employees is the enduring mission of union work. In recent years, the company's Party Committee has placed great importance on union organizational development. The company specially invested over 3 million yuan to construct a new seven-story building of 1,000 square meters as the "Kailong Employees' Home," providing employees with new dormitories as well as training rooms, labor dispute mediation rooms, counseling rooms, a gymnasium, table tennis and billiards areas, an employees' reading corner, a mother-and-baby care room, and other cultural, sports, and service facilities, along with a dedicated workplace safety supervision and inspection station.
