Since entering July, temperatures have been continuously high and the heat is relentless. On July 15, temperatures reached 37 degrees Celsius. Despite the challenging conditions, Kailong Hi-Tech's frontline employees showed no fear, battling the heat and holding firm at their posts, striving hard to achieve the company's annual goals.

Entrusted by Chairman Zang Zhicheng, Party Secretary Ma Zhilin led several members of the leadership team — together with leaders from the Union, Women's Federation, and Youth League — into the production workshop to visit and comfort the hardworking employees on the high-temperature frontline, delivering cool summer beverages and bringing a moment of relief to each employee.

At every stop, company leaders expressed their heartfelt appreciation, thanking employees for their dedication in braving the heat and staying at their posts. They urged all employees to put safety first, arrange their time wisely, and balance work with rest. They also asked the logistics department to keep employees' wellbeing at heart, carry out heat-prevention activities diligently, and actively address the difficulties and inconveniences brought by the hot weather. Every warm word of care and encouragement made frontline workers feel a refreshing sense of comfort amid the summer heat; every friendly greeting and expression of praise further ignited the enthusiasm and initiative of frontline employees, laying a solid foundation for ensuring that all company operations proceed in an orderly manner.
