In accordance with the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to vigorously promote the model worker and craftsman spirit and showcase the demeanor of model workers and craftsmen in the new era, Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd., based on its actual conditions, made a special investment of approximately 2 million yuan to build a model worker innovation studio with an exhibition space of over 140 square meters. The studio is led by Zang Zhicheng, Wuxi Municipal Labor Model and company Chairman, as the overall team leader, and was officially named the "Zang Zhicheng Model Worker Innovation Studio."

The studio's interior features sections showcasing the stories of labor models, craftspeople, and science and technology leaders; innovation and practical achievements of model workers and craftsmen; and a wall of honors. With the care and strong support of leaders at the municipal, district, and sub-district levels, the studio began operations in August 2020 and was officially inspected, approved, and awarded a plaque by the Huishan District Federation of Trade Unions in April 2021.

Closely aligned with the company's innovation and development needs, the Zang Zhicheng Model Worker Innovation Studio has explored new methods, expanded new ideas, and researched new topics. After more than a year of implementation and promotion, it has identified 13 major R&D breakthrough projects — including "PLC-based Marine SCR Systems" — of which 9 have completed their first-phase objectives, while the remaining 4 are still in progress. Upon completion, these projects are expected to generate more than 250 million yuan in annual quality improvement and efficiency gains for the company.

I. Organizational Building: Red Leadership Yields Results

The Party branch of the Zang Zhicheng Model Worker Innovation Studio consistently maintains alignment with higher-level Party organizations, actively responding to various Party organization building initiatives, innovation excellence evaluations, skills competitions, and R&D breakthrough activities. Members of the studio have earned multiple collective and individual honors in these areas.

In the future, the studio will continue to uphold the overall guidelines of the "Dual Innovation and Dual Improvement" initiative and the reform of the industrial workforce, cherish the honor it has received, redouble its efforts, and continuously strengthen Party leadership, improve independent innovation capabilities, and comprehensively enhance development quality and efficiency.
