In accordance with Wuxi Federation of Trade Unions Document [Xixi Gong Fa 2022] No. 6, the Zang Zhicheng Model Worker Innovation Studio of Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. was honored with the title of the 7th Wuxi Demonstration Model Worker Innovation Studio.

The Zang Zhicheng Model Worker Innovation Studio is led by Zang Zhicheng, a Wuxi Municipal Labor Model and the company's Chairman, as the overall team leader, with Wuxi Municipal Labor Model Ye Jun and Jiangsu Provincial Labor Model Xia Xinglan serving as deputy directors. The team consists of 12 members, including engineering doctorate and researcher-level senior engineer Zhu Lei, Wuxi May Day Labor Medal winner Huang Song, and Wuxi "May Day Innovation Expert" Wang Yunpeng.

Since its establishment, the Zang Zhicheng Model Worker Innovation Studio has been guided by the work philosophy of "unifying hearts on Party building and synchronizing efforts on development," leading labor models, craftspeople, and Party members to strengthen their political commitment and development accountability, improve their political quality, and enhance their professional skills. Over the past year of operation, the studio has leveraged the company's innovation and development needs to explore new methods, expand new ideas, and research new topics. It has rigorously formulated implementation guidelines for project advancement, established project themes, clarified project responsibilities, and identified 13 major R&D breakthrough projects on an annual basis. Nine of these have completed their first-phase objectives, while the remaining 4 are in progress. Upon completion, the projects are expected to generate more than 250 million yuan in quality improvement and efficiency gains for the company annually.

In the future, the Zang Zhicheng Model Worker Innovation Studio will continue to implement the general guidelines of the "Dual Innovation and Dual Improvement" initiative and the reform of the industrial workforce. Building on this honor, the studio will redouble its efforts, continuously strengthen Party leadership, improve independent innovation capabilities, and comprehensively enhance development quality and efficiency.
