Recently, Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Kailong Hi-Tech”) and the CATARC Changzhou Inspection Center (hereinafter referred to as “Changzhou Inspection Center”) carried out a joint Party-building activity and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

Attending the event were Kailong Hi-Tech Party Secretary Ma Zhilin, Senior Advisor to the Chairman Liu Dewen, Deputy Dean of the Technology Research Institute Zhou Ying, Changzhou Inspection Center Party Secretary and General Manager Tian Yongjun, Technical Director Yi Aibin, and Head of the Energy, Power & Environment Party Branch Gao Zhang.

During the symposium, representatives from both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges. The Changzhou Inspection Center introduced its seven key automotive performance test laboratories, as well as its one-stop service platform for vehicle (engine) performance development and new energy vehicle development. Kailong Hi-Tech presented its technological breakthroughs in the “dual carbon” direction and industrial upgrading. Both parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement covering collaborative research on alternative fuel topics, project applications, and shared testing resources.

The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will further drive both parties to leverage their respective strengths and achieve resource sharing and mutual benefit. Together, they will tackle scientific research challenges in the areas of high-efficiency combustion and emission control for engines, promote technological advancement and industrial development, and jointly contribute to achieving the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals.
