Focusing on Workers' Homes, Drawing a Beautiful Blueprint

—— Kailong Hi-Tech Hosts Workers' Home Construction Exchange Event

On the afternoon of August 14, 2024, Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Kailong Hi-Tech”) was honored to host the second group meeting of the Wuxi Workers' Home Standardized Construction Exchange Activity, led by Chen Yifang, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. Prior to the meeting, Chairman Zang Zhicheng met with Vice Chairman Chen Yifang and the union chairpersons from various brother units across the city. Participating units included FAW Xichai, the Municipal Health Commission, the Municipal Transportation Bureau, CASC 58th Institute, Wuxi Taihu University, the Municipal Customs, the Municipal Power Supply Company, and 15 other organizations. Together, they gathered to explore innovative paths for standardized Workers' Home construction.

At the start of the event, Vice Chairman Chen and his delegation, accompanied by Kailong Hi-Tech Party Secretary Ma Zhilin, visited the company's production workshop, the Zang Zhicheng Labor Model Innovation Studio, the Female Employees' Carnation Service Station, the Intellectual Property Exhibition Hall, and other party-mass activity areas, gaining an in-depth understanding of Kailong Hi-Tech's innovative practices and management experience in Workers' Home standardized construction. During the subsequent exchange forum, union chairpersons from participating units engaged in deep discussions on topics such as construction philosophy, activity innovation, and employee care. They shared successful cases and emerging challenges, jointly exploring new directions for the future standardized development of Workers' Homes.

II. Collaborative Outlook: Promoting Sustainable Development of Workers' Homes

Party Secretary Ma Zhilin delivered a PPT presentation at the exchange meeting, introducing Kailong Hi-Tech's innovation and practice in Party-led union construction, party-mass co-building, and Workers' Home development — all carried out with strong support from Chairman Zang Zhicheng. He emphasized that the Workers' Home, as a vital carrier of corporate culture, plays an important role in fostering harmonious labor relations and enhancing employee cohesion and sense of belonging.
