On April 10, 2017, Soochow University President Yuan Yinnan led a delegation to visit our company. Wuxi Automotive Industry Association President Zhu Jianming, Kailong Chairman Zang Zhicheng, and Technology Research Institute Director Dr. Zhu Lei extended a warm welcome.

After arriving at the company, President Yuan and the delegation first toured Kailong Hi-Tech's exhaust aftertreatment product production line. Dr. Zhu Lei provided a detailed introduction to Kailong Hi-Tech's achievements in automotive exhaust aftertreatment, and engaged in in-depth technical discussions with President Yuan and the delegation. Subsequently, the Chairman held detailed negotiations with President Yuan and the delegation in the Kailong Technology Research Institute conference room. The meeting centered primarily on two main areas: the industry-university-research cooperation base and continuing education training. President Yuan expressed strong optimism about the industry-university-research cooperation between Soochow University and Kailong, and invited the Chairman to visit Soochow University for academic exchange. The Chairman responded that technology is the only path to sustainable enterprise development, and that cooperating with a prestigious national key university such as Soochow University represents an excellent opportunity for Kailong to enhance its technical capabilities. He also expressed his honor at receiving Soochow University's invitation. The Chairman further instructed relevant responsible personnel to promptly finalize the signing arrangements for the industry-university-research base agreement, aiming to hold an official signing ceremony in May.

Subsequently, Director Miao Shilin and Section Chief Shen Ye from Soochow University's School of Continuing Education introduced the current development of the school to the Chairman, and discussed potential cooperation areas in adult academic education, self-study examinations, and in-service training. The Chairman expressed high recognition of Director Miao's proposed combined online and offline vocational skills training model — designed specifically for Kailong's current situation — and put forward the innovative concept of establishing a "Kailong Class" with directional enrollment at Soochow University, to channel outstanding graduates with matching technical skills into Kailong and thereby drive a leapfrog development of the company's R&D capabilities.
