Mentorship Pairing: Passing on Knowledge, Building Skills, Growing Together

To better guide and nurture the growth of new trainees and advance the company's talent development program, Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. held its 2021 Trainee Mentorship Pairing and Signing Ceremony on August 7. The ceremony was chaired by Chu Xiutang, Section Chief of the Human Resources Department. Attendees included Kailong Hi-Tech Chairman Zang Zhicheng, Deputy General Manager and Technology Research Institute Dean Liu Dewen, Party Secretary Ma Zhilin, Technology Research Institute Deputy Dean Zeng Wei, Technology Research Institute Dean Assistant Chu Yunzhou, Technology Research Institute Office Director Zhou Ying, and Human Resources Department Head Wang Genggeng.

At the ceremony, Chu Xiutang, Section Chief of the Human Resources Department, first explained the background and significance of the event. Before the ceremony, Party Secretary Ma Zhilin delivered an address on behalf of the company.
