On August 12, Huishan District Governor Fang Li led a delegation to visit Kailong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. to extend care to the company's high-level talent, returned doctoral graduate and Deputy General Manager Liu Dewen. During the visit, Governor Fang Li inquired in detail about Kailong Hi-Tech's development situation and listened attentively to the company's needs. Chairman Zang Zhicheng introduced that, with the strong support of Huishan District government leaders, Kailong Hi-Tech successfully listed on the stock market in December of last year. The funds raised through the IPO will be fully invested in the company's development and transformation, driving local economic growth and contributing to local tax revenue. He expressed hope that the government could provide certain investment incentive policy support. At the same time, since Kailong is a high-tech enterprise with huge R&D investments, he hoped the government could provide support in intellectual property protection to safeguard local high-tech enterprises. Governor Fang Li indicated that Kailong should actively apply for headquarters economy status, which would bring relevant policy incentives. He also noted that the Huishan District Government and Qianqiao Sub-district Office would provide greater attention to listed enterprises and do a good job in service and support to protect and facilitate the company's development.

At the end of the visit, Governor Fang Li presented Dr. Liu Dewen, Kailong's high-level talent, with a Huishan District high-level talent care package. Governor Fang expressed that high-level talent is the new engine of Huishan District's economic development, and the Huishan District Government will continue to optimize the talent development environment, providing higher-quality services for talent and enterprise development.
